Meet Heino Fritz

Heino is an engineer graduated in Construction Economics & Management and Industrial Engineering. With more than 30 years of professional experience in the international construction industry, he has, on the contractor side, directed small to larger projects in Europe, Middle East, South Asia and Africa. He was active in work preparation, as health & safety engineer, as site engineer, project manager, senior project manager, claims manager and estimator.

For 18 years - until end of 2020 – he was the Managing Director of a construction company. In 2016 he founded a consultancy for Construction Management & Economics.

His Core Disciplines are Construction Economics & Management, Project Management, Contract & Claims Management, Cost Control, Estimation, Dispute Resolution.
