It is suitable to have an idea which stands at the beginning being converted into a complete building. Application of the theory of Construction Economics & Management will optimize the required input of human as well as material resources and equipment. Time, budget and quality restrains can be met.
Reality, too often, is very different:
As a consequence, additional work and variations will have to be ordered. Delays and disruptions follow, additional time for construction is needed and project costs are increased.
The early application of Construction Economics & Management skills would have helped limit the demands on both employer and contractor side.
Additional time for construction and increased costs are common in construction.
No party to a project can afford staying unpaid for what it has executed.
Through Construction Claims Management additionally executed works and needed time will be recognized and claimed successfully.
For a Construction Claim to be successful, the claimant must prove entitlement and convince the respondent.
It is our pleasure to support your project with our experience and specialist skill.
